DESCRIPTION:Il percorso intende tracciare una possibile mappa storica in grado di ricostruire la storia dei bar e dei ritrovi pubblici in città all’inizio del Novecento. Seguendo il filo di una dinamica in continua evoluzione\, che ogni anno ha modificato il panorama delle abitudini urbane\, ci immergeremo con l’immaginazione nell’atmosfera del Caffè dell’Hotel Gallo all’angolo di piazzetta Paganora\, che nel 1904 ospitò Giacomo Puccini\, fino a scoprire che all’ultimo piano della torre INA di piazza Vittoria\, un ristorante offriva una delle viste più belle della città.
