DESCRIPTION:Fin dalla notte dei tempi\, l’uomo ha cercato di raggiungere il cielo\, costruendo edifici sempre più alti: dagli obelischi e le piramidi ai moderni grattacieli. Nel medioevo Brescia era una città molto verticale\, disseminata di decine di case-torre che svettavano verso l’alto\, simbolo di potere. E oggi? Anche nei tempi moderni possiamo ammirare numerose torri antiche: le andremo a  cercare in questo itinerario e scopriremo che anche quelle sorte come difesa della città\, col tempo si sono arricchite di opere d’arte e di nuove funzioni. Per non parlare di quelle che ospitano preziosi orologi e complicati meccanismi\, metafore dello scorrere infinito del tempo….. che Guida Artistica saprà svelare. \nL’incontro è in Piazza del Foro davanti al Capitolium. \n
